4 steps to a succesful Bulk Shopping
You´ve never heard about a bulk store or a plastic free or zero waste shop?
These are shops where you can get your food and other things unpacked and plastic free and in bulk. You bring your own bags and containers, or they mostly offer paper bags for dry ingredients if you forget to bring your own.
I always reuse my paper bags when I needed to take some because I forgot to bring my own. (They offer paper bags if it's a real Zero Waste Store, normal Bulk Stores offer plastic bags mostly).
I just read a blog post the other day about plastic free living and zero waste shopping and some people commented in a negative way that this is only a lifestyle for people with money and a lot of free time every day. So I thought I share a few tips everybody of us can do and make these little changes into the living a minimalistic plastic life direction without spending loads of money and loads of time.
Because I think and know: if you want to you can achieve a lot of things.
10 easy happy choices
If you don`t have a nice Zero Waste Store in your Area, or you are living on a budget, its still possible to shop plastic free. I do plastic free shopping in supermarkets regularly.
It´s all about finding alternatives and leaving all the plastic wrapped fresh produce on the shelf.
