I will show you the very basic recipe here because I made these while traveling and we only had these ingredients in our Airbnb Kitchen. You can change it or top it with everything else you like ;)
2 Tbs Coconut Oil
2 Tbs Peanutbutter
3 Tbs Linseeds (broken)
5 Tbs Oats
1-2 Tbs Cocoa
(I dont need sugar for this but if you want it sweeter use a bit honey or Agavesirup)
Additional you can use: Chocolate, coconut flakes, nuts, dried fruits etc, just make sure to use either less oats or more coconut oil and peanut butter. Get creative, theres no rule ;)
First of all mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Then take Coconut oil, Peanut butter and if you take any sweetener and heat all of it until its fluid and smooth.
Mix it with the dry ingredients. You should have a sticky texture now. It can vary with different oats, nuts, etc that you might need a bit more or less from any ingredients.
Put the mixture on a small plate and shape it like you want it to.
Put it into the fridge for a couple of hours and then enjoy.
